3 T. Greensboro Olive Traders Fig White Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 lb. Brussel sprouts, trimmed, thinly sliced
1 large Gala apple, cut in matchsticks
1 small Shallot, minced
¼ c. Toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
1 oz. Pecorino cheese, shaved
Combine olive oil and balsamic. Whisk to emulsify. Add salt and pepper to taste. Combine brussel sprouts, apple, shallot and hazelnuts in bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine. Sprinkle cheese over top. Enjoy!
