Ingredients:
7 c. popped popcorn
3T. Greensboro Olive Traders Natural Butter Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ½ tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. ground fennel seeds
1 tsp. white sugar
¼ tsp. cayenne
Kosher salt
Directions:
Place popcorn in large bowl. In small saucepan, over medium-high heat, heat EVOO. Add cumin, curry powder, fennel seeds, sugar and cayenne then cook swirling until aromatic 30 to 45 seconds. Immediately pour over popcorn then sprinkle with 1 ½ tsp. of salt and toss. Taste and season with additional salt.
