1 24 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

Juice of 1 lemon

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ cup Tahini

1 tbsp Savory Spice Shop Cantanzaro Herbs (salt free)

½ tsp salt

½ tsp red pepper flakes 

½ cup Greensboro Olive Traders olive oil (varietal, lemon, or garlic)


Put beans into food processor, add lemon juice, garlic, tahini, herbs, salt, and chili flakes. Turn processor on and slowly pour in the olive oil. Process until smooth and thick. Adjust seasonings by adding more Cantanzaro Herb blend and salt if desired. Put in serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil. Serve with pita chips or cut vegetables.
